Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Step 2: Wait for Approval

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without approval.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Contact us immediately at contact@outwearx.com with images and your order number.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

We will cover the shipping cost in such cases.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant (subject to availability), please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@outwearx.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Use the subject line "Exchange Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]" and specify the item you wish to return and the new size/variant you need.
  2. Approval & Return Address: If the exchange is possible and the item meets return eligibility criteria (unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging), we will approve the request and provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Original Item: Pack the item securely. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Pay Exchange Fee & Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you instructions to pay a $10 USD exchange processing fee. This fee covers the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. After the fee is paid, we will ship the requested replacement item (subject to stock availability).

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The item being returned for exchange must meet the same conditions as required for refunds (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, original packaging).
  • The $10 USD exchange processing fee applies to all exchanges initiated due to size, fit, or preference reasons.
  • Exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately as per our "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" policy and are free of charge (we cover all associated shipping costs in such cases).

ORDER CHANGES

If you would like to return a product, you must initiate the return process after receiving the item. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the specified return window. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund according to our refund policy.

ITEM NOT RECIEVED

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet, the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your shoes, as once the item is bagged, we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier) , but if the problems still persists, kindly email us at contact@outwearx.com.
