  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of being placed.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), please allow up to 7–12 business days.
  • Priority UK Delivery: Next working day (available at checkout).

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

International (U.S.) Delivery

  • We now offer international delivery to the United States.
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–8 business days
    • Order Handling: 2–3 business days
    • Transit Time: 4–5 business days
  • International delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and courier conditions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  • Tracking updates are sent via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on your region and service selected.
  • You may also receive tracking notifications via email or SMS from the courier.

Common Questions

When will my order arrive?

UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days, though standard delivery can take up to 12 business days during busy seasons.

U.S. (International) orders typically arrive within 6–8 business days in total.

What if I order on a weekend?
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the next working day.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation. If it has already shipped, you can return it for a full refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — please contact us immediately at contact@outwearx.com. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll update the address for you.
