Return Policy

At Outwearx, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items quickly and easily.

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn
  • Items are in their original condition
  • Items are in their original packaging with tags attached

🔄 How to Return an Order – Step by Step

  1. Have your delivery paperwork or order confirmation handy.
  2. Fill out the returns and/or exchanges section BELOW
  3. Print the free UK returns label (UK customers only). For international orders, postage must be paid unless the item is faulty.
  4. Pack your items securely with the paperwork, attach the return label, and send them back to us.
  5. Once processed, refunds are applied to the original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email.

👟 Exchanges (Size & Style)

  • We can exchange items for the same product in a different size if available.
  • If you’d like a different item or a product of a different value, please return your order for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.

⚠️ Note on Sizes: Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for size issues once the item has been worn.


🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry if your item arrives faulty or incorrect.

  • Please include proof of postage with your return, and we will also reimburse your shipping costs.
  • Faulty items will be refunded or replaced free of charge.

🏬 Items Purchased In-Store or Concessions

  • Purchases made through Outwearx.com must be returned through our online process.
  • Purchases made from an authorized retail store or concession must be returned to the original point of purchase with proof of receipt. We cannot accept returns online for these purchases.

ℹ️ Final Notes

Is my item in a returnable condition?

Items must be in unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. We cannot refund items that show signs of wear, have strong odors, or damage (including smoke exposure).

When will I be refunded?

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for your bank or payment provider to release the funds.
